Returns and Warranty
All AKSIGHT optics come with a 12-month limited warranty from the delivery date, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Not covered: normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse/accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, and damage caused by third-party mounts/accessories.
How to claim: Email our support with your order number, product model, and photos/videos of the issue. We’ll review your request within 1–2 business days and advise the next step (repair or replacement, if eligible).
If you discover a quality-related issue within 30 days of receiving your product — and it is not caused by human damage — please send our support team a short video showing the problem.
After verification, we will provide a free return for a refund or exchange.
